Meet The Team


Stephanie is the Customer Service Representative for the Joe Fly Co. Houston branch. She has been with the company since 2011. She is quick to assist customers over the phone, via email or as they walk through the door. She is an asset to the Houston branch and maintains the coherence of the daily work flow for each customer.


Luis handles outside sales in the Harlingen office, and started working for the Joe Fly Co. in June of 2016, bringing 17 years of experience in outside sales. He graduated from Harlingen High School and attended Texas State Technical College after graduation. Luis prospects for new accounts, services existing accounts, measures filter sizes, works on service proposals, participates in STASMO meetings and assists in filter installs. He enjoys meeting and assisting customers and learning more about the filter industry with his great coworkers.


Lisa is a Key Account Manager in the Austin branch. In her role with the Joe W. Fly Co., she handles customer service, account management and new sales and service agreements.



Will joined the Joe Fly Company in 2014 and works in commercial and industrial air filter sales. He is CAFS and NCT certified.


Tomas has an AAS in HVAC and has been with the Fort Worth Branch for over 5 years. As the branch's Service Manager, he schedules and oversees installation service. He manages three full time employees who work to provide clean air solutions.


Ben is the Account Manager for the Fort Worth branch and NAFA Certified Air Filter Specialist. He has been with Joe Fly Co. for over two years and began his career with the company as a Project Manager. He works closely with his accounts to insure exceptional customer service and timely scheduling. Ben is normally the first point of contact with our customers from survey to quote and is able to provide cost-savings recommendations for all applications.



Maribel is the Customer Service Representative and Receptionist for the Fort Worth branch. She has been with Joe Fly Co. for more than two years. She is quick to assist our customers over the phone, via email or as they walk through our door. She is an asset to our branch and maintains the coherence of the daily work flow for each customer.


Sal Mazzatini is the Warehouse Manager at the San Antonio Branch and had been with the company since 2005. He assists with numerous aspects of the daily operations and is standing ready to serve our customers.


Braden Berry is a Commercial and Industrial Sales Account Representative at our San Antonio Branch. He joined the Joe Fly Company in 2015 after graduating from Texas Tech University. He is ready to tackle any air filtration needs his customers may have.



Lee Earl is our Waco Operations Manager, and has been with us since 2016. He supervises day to day operations on both service and in the warehouse for the Waco branch, helping to ensure everything runs smooth and customers stay happy!

Rob Wetherbee

Rob is a Commercial and Industrial Sales Account Manager at our Austin branch. Rob previously worked Private Security in the Middle East before joining the Joe Fly Team. He is a Combat Veteran after serving in the United States Marine Corps and attended CUNY-John Jay in New York City.


Shawn Dibrell is the San Antonio Branch Manager and has been with the company since 2015. He oversees all aspects of the day-to-day operations and brings a variety of experience to our Commercial and Industrial Sales Team.


Chris Sides

Chris joined Joe Fly Co. as VP & General Manager of Surface Management Solutions and has over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and product development. Chris manages our new surface disinfection business unit.

Rob Mott

Rob is a Commercial and Industrial Sales Outside Sales rep at our Dallas office. He is a Certified Air Filtration Specialist and has been with the company since 2009. Rob attended the University of Texas in Austin.

Cody Bateman

Cody is the Vice President and General Manager of Surface Management Solutions and has been with the Joe Fly Company since February 2009. He started as a Commercial and Industrial Outside Sales Representative at the Dallas Branch and now covers the great state of Texas managing the Surface Disinfection Division. He attended Texas Tech University and lives in Dallas with his wife Sylvia and their son. Cody is a Certified Air Filtration Specialist as well as a NAFA Certified Technician.


Adrian Cortez

Adrian Cortez has been with the company for 18 years and was one of the first employees in the Harlingen branch. He oversees the everyday operations of the branch as well as doing some sales.

Jessica Cortez

Jessica Cortez has been with the company for 14 years. She currently takes care of all office paperwork and is an active sales leader.


Susan is the Branch Manager of the Ft. Worth branch of Joe Fly Co. She has been with the company for over 17 years and in the air filtration industry for 25 years. Susan started with the company as an Account Manager and became the Branch Manager for Ft. Worth seven years ago. She oversees the everyday operation of the branch. Susan is also a NAFA Certified Air Filtration Specialist.



Steve is the Branch Manager of our College Station office. Steve started working at Joe W. Fly Co., Inc. in August of 2002.


Debbie Janda is a Key Account Specialist in the San Antonio Branch and has been with the company since 2005. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table to ensure that complete customer satisfaction is guaranteed.


Will is the Branch Manager of our San Antonio office and has been with the company for 7+ years. Will oversees everyday operations of the San Antonio office and also handles all sales support for our customers in South Texas.



Nicci is the Branch Manager for the Waco branch and has been with the company since that branch was opened. She oversees the day to day operations of the Waco branch including weekly transfers from the central distribution center to all other branches.


Lori is the Key Account Manager at the Dallas Branch. She has been working at Joe Fly Co., Inc. for 16+ years. She is very involved with sales training, product training, technical assistance and new business development.


John Lanagan is a Sales Representative of the Houston Branch. While working at the Joe Fly Company he has enjoyed building new relationships with people and providing the highest level of customer satisfaction he can.



Steven recently joined Joe Fly Co. and is now our Houston Branch Manager. Steven was previously with Rush Truck Centers for 7 years and went to school at Sam Houston State.


Victor Rios has been the Houston Branch Service Manager for six years. Victor manages 12 full time employees who all provide great service. As a Service Manager, he oversees the everyday operations of both production and installation services. He makes sure all Service Technicians have serviced each job appropriately, assuring customers are satisfied.

Will Denton

Will has been with the Joe Fly Company since 2007. He opened the Houston office and served as Branch Manager until 2014 when he moved home to manage the Dallas branch. As the Dallas Branch Manager and the company Sales Manager, Will works closely with sales reps in all eight branches. He is CAFS and NCT II certified, and an active member of the National Air Filtration Association (NAFA). Will is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin; he and his wife Megan live in Dallas and have three boys. His goal is to find creative solutions for our customers' problems.



Ward has been the Service Manager for Joe Fly Co. for 10+ years and schedules everyday operations, both in production and in installation service. He manages 15 full time employees that work to provide clean air solutions for all types of businesses.


Hunt is the Branch Manager of the Austin branch. He was the first employee in the Austin branch and has been with the company for 25+years. Hunt oversees the everyday operation of the Austin branch.


Trey is a third generation owner and has been with the company full time since 2004. He oversees Operations, Marketing and Financials, and is Chairman of the Guidelines Committee, on the Future Planning Committee, and on the board at NAFA. His goal is to provide clean air solutions, excellent customer service, and safe and enjoyable careers for all who work for the company.



Joe is the President and second generation owner of the company. He has been working at Joe Fly Co. for over 40 years and is still very involved with the day to day operation of the business.
